باختصار: باستخدامك «منام» فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط. «منام» منصّةٌ تربطك بمعبّرين لتفسير الأحلام والرؤى. التفسير اجتهادٌ شخصيّ للمعبّر وليس حكماً قاطعاً، ولا يُعدّ استشارة طبيّة أو نفسيّة أو قانونيّة.
In short: by using Manam you agree to these terms. Manam is a platform that connects you with interpreters for dreams and visions. An interpretation is the interpreter's personal judgment, not a definitive ruling, and is not medical, psychological, or legal advice.
قبول الشروط
Acceptance
بإنشائك حساباً أو استخدامك التطبيق فإنك تقرّ بأنك بلغت السنّ القانونيّة، وتوافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. إن لم توافق فالرجاء عدم استخدام التطبيق.
By creating an account or using the app you confirm you are of legal age and agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
وصف الخدمة
The service
يتيح «منام» إرسال حلمك أو رؤياك (نصّاً أو صوتاً)، واختيار معبّر، والحصول على تفسير عبر محادثة أو مكالمة. المعبّرون مقدّمو خدمة مستقلّون، و«منام» وسيطٌ ييسّر التواصل والدفع ولا يضمن دقّة أيّ تفسير.
Manam lets you submit your dream or vision (text or voice), choose an interpreter, and receive an interpretation via chat or call. Interpreters are independent service providers; Manam facilitates the connection and payment and does not guarantee the accuracy of any interpretation.
حسابك
Your account
أنت مسؤول عن دقّة بياناتك وعن الحفاظ على سرّية دخولك، وعن كلّ نشاط يتمّ عبر حسابك. أبلغنا فوراً عند أيّ استخدام غير مصرّح به.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your information, for keeping your sign-in secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
المدفوعات والاسترداد
Payments & refunds
تُعرَض أسعار الخدمات داخل التطبيق وتُدفَع عبر مزوّد دفع معتمد. بعد بدء تقديم التفسير قد لا يكون المبلغ قابلاً للاسترداد. وفي حال وجود خطأ أو عدم تقديم الخدمة، تواصل مع الدعم وسنراجع الحالة وفق سياستنا والأنظمة المعمول بها.
Service prices are shown in the app and paid via a certified payment provider. Once an interpretation has begun, the amount may be non-refundable. In case of an error or non-delivery, contact support and we will review the case per our policy and applicable regulations.
الاستخدام المقبول
Acceptable use
تلتزم بعدم إساءة استخدام التطبيق، ويشمل ذلك: نشر محتوى غير قانونيّ أو مسيء أو مضلّل، أو انتحال هويّة الغير، أو محاولة اختراق الخدمة أو تعطيلها، أو استخدامها لأغراض احتيال. نحتفظ بحقّ تعليق أو إنهاء أيّ حساب يخالف ذلك.
You agree not to misuse the app, including: posting unlawful, abusive, or misleading content; impersonating others; attempting to hack or disrupt the service; or using it for fraud. We may suspend or terminate any account that violates this.
المحتوى والملكية
Content & ownership
تحتفظ بملكيّة المحتوى الذي ترسله، وتمنح «منام» ترخيصاً محدوداً باستخدامه لتقديم الخدمة فقط. تبقى علامات وبرمجيّات «منام» ملكاً لمالكها.
You keep ownership of the content you submit and grant Manam a limited license to use it solely to provide the service. Manam's trademarks and software remain the property of their owner.
إخلاء المسؤولية وحدودها
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي». التفسير رأيٌ اجتهاديّ ولا يُبنى عليه قرارٌ مصيريّ. لا يتحمّل «منام» — إلى الحدّ الذي يجيزه النظام — أيّ أضرار غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام التطبيق أو الاعتماد على أيّ تفسير.
The service is provided “as is”. An interpretation is a judgment-based opinion and should not be the basis of a critical decision. To the extent permitted by law, Manam is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app or reliance on any interpretation.
الإنهاء
Termination
يمكنك حذف حسابك في أيّ وقت من: الإعدادات ← الحساب ← حذف الحساب. ويجوز لنا تعليق الخدمة عند مخالفة الشروط أو لأسباب تشغيليّة أو قانونيّة.
You may delete your account at any time via: Settings → Account → Delete Account. We may suspend the service for violations of these terms or for operational or legal reasons.
تعديل الشروط
Changes to these terms
قد نُحدّث هذه الشروط، ونُحدّث تاريخ السريان أعلاه، ونُشعرك عند أيّ تغيير جوهريّ. استمرارك في الاستخدام يعني قبولك النسخة المحدّثة.
We may update these terms, update the effective date above, and notify you of any material change. Continued use means you accept the updated version.
القانون الحاكم
Governing law
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، مع مراعاة أيّ حقوق إلزاميّة للمستهلك في بلد إقامتك.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
