باختصار: «منام» تطبيقٌ يصلك بمعبّرين لتفسير أحلامك ورؤاك. لتقديم الخدمة نجمع بيانات حسابك وما ترسله من أحلام ومحادثات ومدفوعات. لا نبيع بياناتك أبداً، ونشاركها فقط مع المعبّر الذي تختاره ومع مزوّدي خدمات ضروريين لتشغيل التطبيق. يمكنك حذف حسابك وبياناتك في أي وقت.
In short: Manam connects you with interpreters for your dreams and visions. To provide the service we collect your account details and what you send — dreams, chats, and payments. We never sell your data, and we share it only with the interpreter you choose and with service providers needed to run the app. You can delete your account and data at any time.
البيانات التي نجمعها
Data we collect
- بيانات الحساب: رقم الجوال (للدخول عبر رمز التحقّق)، والاسم، وصورة الملف الشخصي والبريد الإلكتروني إن أضفتهما.
- محتوى ترسله: نصوص الأحلام والرؤى، والتسجيلات الصوتية، والصور التي ترفقها، ورسائل المحادثة مع المعبّر.
- المدفوعات: تُعالَج عبر مزوّد دفع معتمد. نحتفظ بسجلّ المعاملة (المبلغ والحالة والتاريخ) ولا نخزّن بيانات بطاقتك الكاملة.
- بيانات تقنية: نوع الجهاز ونظام تشغيله وإصدار التطبيق وعنوان IP ورمز الإشعارات (FCM)، وبيانات تشخيص الأعطال لتحسين الاستقرار.
- القياسات الحيوية (على الجهاز فقط): إن فعّلت بصمة الوجه/الإصبع لقفل التطبيق، فتتمّ المطابقة داخل جهازك عبر نظام التشغيل — ولا نطّلع عليها ولا نرسلها إلى خوادمنا إطلاقاً.
- Account data: your phone number (for OTP sign-in), name, and — if you add them — profile photo and email.
- Content you submit: your dream/vision text, voice recordings, images you attach, and chat messages with the interpreter.
- Payments: processed by a certified payment provider. We keep the transaction record (amount, status, date) and do not store your full card details.
- Technical data: device model and OS, app version, IP address, push token (FCM), and crash diagnostics to improve stability.
- Biometrics (on device only): if you enable Face ID / fingerprint to lock the app, matching happens on your device via the OS — we never see it or send it to our servers.

How we use your data
نستخدم البيانات لتقديم الخدمة وربطك بالمعبّر المناسب، ومعالجة المدفوعات، وإرسال الإشعارات المتعلّقة بطلبك، وتوفير الدعم، وحماية الحسابات من إساءة الاستخدام، وتحسين التطبيق. لا نستخدم محتوى أحلامك لأي غرض إعلاني.
We use data to provide the service and match you with an interpreter, process payments, send notifications about your request, provide support, protect accounts from abuse, and improve the app. We do not use your dream content for any advertising purpose.

Who we share data with
- المعبّر الذي تختاره: يصله محتوى الحلم والمحادثة اللازم لتقديم التفسير.
- مزوّدو خدمات: الاستضافة السحابية، وبوّابة الدفع، وخدمة الإشعارات، وأدوات تشخيص الأعطال — بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل التطبيق وبموجب اتفاقيات حماية بيانات.
- الجهات النظاميّة: عند وجود التزام قانونيّ صريح.
- The interpreter you choose: receives the dream content and chat needed to provide the interpretation.
- Service providers: cloud hosting, the payment gateway, the push-notification service, and crash-diagnostics tools — only as needed to run the app and under data-protection agreements.
- Authorities: where there is a clear legal obligation.
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نؤجّرها لأي طرف.
We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
الأذونات
Permissions
يطلب التطبيق الأذونات التالية عند الحاجة فقط: الميكروفون (لتسجيل الأحلام الصوتية والمكالمات)، الكاميرا ومكتبة الصور (لإرفاق صورة أو تعيين صورة الملف الشخصي)، الإشعارات (لتنبيهك بحالة طلبك)، والقياسات الحيوية (لقفل التطبيق على جهازك). يمكنك رفض أيّ إذن أو سحبه لاحقاً من إعدادات النظام.
The app requests these permissions only when needed: Microphone (to record voice dreams and calls), Camera and Photo Library (to attach an image or set a profile photo), Notifications (to alert you about your request), and Biometrics (to lock the app on your device). You may deny or later revoke any permission from system settings.
الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
Data retention
نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك قائماً وبالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمة والوفاء بالالتزامات القانونيّة والماليّة. وعند حذف حسابك نحذف بياناتك الشخصيّة أو نجعلها مجهولة المصدر خلال مدّة معقولة، عدا ما يلزم الاحتفاظ به قانوناً (مثل سجلّات الفواتير).
We keep your data while your account exists and as needed to provide the service and meet legal and financial obligations. When you delete your account we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except records we must retain by law (such as billing records).

Your rights & account deletion
لك الحق في الاطّلاع على بياناتك وتصحيحها وحذفها. يمكنك حذف حسابك وبياناته من داخل التطبيق عبر: الإعدادات ← الحساب ← حذف الحساب. أو راسلنا على info@somow.sa وسننفّذ الطلب.
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data. You can delete your account and its data from within the app via: Settings → Account → Delete Account. Or email us at info@somow.sa and we will process the request.
الأمان
Security
نحمي البيانات بالتشفير أثناء النقل وبضوابط وصول مناسبة. لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة بنسبة 100%، لكننا نعمل باستمرار على حماية بياناتك.
We protect data with encryption in transit and appropriate access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we continuously work to safeguard your data.
بيانات الأطفال
Children's data
«منام» غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 عاماً، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد. إن علمنا بجمع بيانات طفل دون السنّ المسموح حذفناها.
Manam is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn we have collected data from an underage child, we will delete it.
تعديلات هذه السياسة
Changes to this policy
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. عند أيّ تغيير جوهريّ نحدّث تاريخ السريان أعلاه، ونُشعرك عبر التطبيق أو المتجر عند الاقتضاء.
We may update this policy from time to time. For any material change we update the effective date above and notify you in the app or store where appropriate.
